HR and Administration

**Working hours**:08h00 - 17h00

**Reports to**:Human Resource and Administration Manager

**Size of work team**: 3 - 5

**Admin Level**:M1

**Job purpose**:Recruitment, Selection, Training and Development

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- In-charge of drafting all recruitment plans for the company both local & Expatriates
- In-charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company
- Handles all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews
- Conducts interviews alongside all line managers
- Handles the on-boarding process, induction and orientation for new employees
- In-charge of providing all new employees with all items they require to perform their duties
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, universities, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Maintain and update social media websites
- Assist in all HR administration

**Working conditions (**_**travel, workspace, etc.**_
- Office bound

**Minimum level of Education**:
Higher Education / Diploma Human Resource Management and Practices will be an advantage
- Higher Education in Recruitment and Selection

**Prior experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 year experience in Recruitment

**Technical skills **required: _(e.g., computer skills, ability to use specific equipment’s)_
- Fully Computer literate
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google mail

**Language **skills required: _(e.g., good English reading and writing skills, language)_
- Strong English verbal and written communication.
- Chinese will be an advantage
- African language will be an advantage

**Physical requirements**:_**(e.g., strength to lift heavy weights)**_
- Need to be able to work independent and in a fast-changing and diverse environment
- Need to be able to work well under pressure.

**Legal requirements**:_**(e.g., citizenship, work permit, etc.)**_
- South African citizen or South African Working Permit

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chloorkop, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
