**Job description**:
The Claims Administrator will be responsible to provide administrative assistance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent client service.
- Managing processes & SLA’s between insurance companies and service providers.
- Register claims and appoint service providers on multiple systems.
- Analyse and make decisions regarding merit - understand product and can determine where cover applies.
- Provide thorough and timeous feedback to the relevant parties.
- Obtaining the correct information from clients, recording details and information accurately on the relevant systems.
- Skill for Complaint’s Resolution.

**Skill sets required**:

- Grade 12
- Successfully completed NQF Level 4 - full qualification (short-term insurance) as set by regulation.
- DOFA confirmation from FSCA.
- 3-5 years claims experience in Personal & Commercial
- Computer Literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
- RE 5 Examination (Representatives)
- Well-spoken and presentable.
- Good people and communication skills.
- Mature with strong emotional intelligence.
- Results and detail orientated.
- High stress tolerance and resilience.
- Team Player.
- Stable personal life.
- Own transport.
