**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the development and implementation of programmes and initiatives to increase One. Aftersales Customer loyalty and drive after sales profit and turnover opportunities.
- Supporting the One. Aftersales marketing strategy that leads to increased customer satisfaction and retention, in turn, drive an increased service and trade market share, parts turnover and - profitability.
- Definition of Brand, Customer requirements with regards to parts pricing and product management, and the steering thereof to Group After Sales.
- Prior to implementation, piloting and refining new Service and Trade concepts and programmes in conjunction with Corporate After Sales managers.
- Preparing realistic specific market / product forecasts and incentive programs
- Tracking and reporting on incentive programme status and key One. After sales performance indicators to VWSA and VWAG management.
- Development and implementation of a VW One. Aftersales Marketing plan.
- Assist in the definition and implementation of One Aftersales Campaigns for end customers (regarding parts pricing and parts product management).
- Initiating, and guiding One. Aftersales advertising and sales promotion programmes in conjunction with VW Brand Marketing and other key stakeholders
- Coordinating all One. Aftersales bulletins to adhere to Volkswagen standards.
- Facilitating programmes and initiatives to improve Turnover and Profitability by optimizing the business and achieving improved productivity and efficiencies.
- Coordinating the compilation of the strategic One. Aftersales Business plan

**Education and Experience**:

- A formal 3-year Bachelor’s degree or National diploma in Commerce, Finance/Business Management or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years automotive after sales experience

**Skills, Attributes & Other requirements**:
ESSENTIAL:

- Be familiar with Dealer After Sales operating procedures
- Previous experience in a marketing environment (After Sales Marketing experience will be advantageous)
- Basic Logic of Power BI and big data analysis
- Display a flair for marketing (creativity and innovative thinking)
- Demonstrate well-developed presentation skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively at senior management level
- Must be able to build rapport with Dealers and Customers alike
- Have sound problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrate the ability to formulate comprehensive marketing plans
- Be innovative, resourceful, action oriented, analytically minded and be able to work independently
- Exhibit a solution-oriented approach and be able to work effectively under pressure

PREFERRED:

- Must be a self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office programmes (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
- Knowledge of German would be beneficial
- Incentive management experience would be an advantage
- Have the ability to pick up trends and formulate reasons for them
- Previous experience within the automotive marketing environment minimum 2 years - beneficial
