**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Valid RSA Driver's License
- Exceptional Guest Relations skills
- Ability to manage staff
- Understanding and ability to manage the storeroom department
- Ability to plan ahead and problem solve
- Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5 star lodge would be advantages
- Experience in stockroom and delivery management processes
- Experience with POS systems
- Package
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience and references

**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Implement and report on team daily service and operational objectives
- Organising the whole delivery process in store
- Ensuring the stockroom is organised
- Managing delivery paperwork and identifying and escalating any discrepancies
- Prioritising deliveries based on product turnover, management requests and newest products first
- Managing, developing and motivating the stockroom team, making sure they
- understand the importance of stockroom processes and safety
- Supporting management with stock accounting paperwork
- Organising and managing stockroom costs
- Assisting the store in reducing loss by ensuring all stock is accounted for
- Processing recalls and faulty items and returning them to suppliers
- Driving productivity within the stockroom
- Having an awareness of store operations and workloads; supporting the team where necessary
- Vehicle licence disk
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Vehicle transfer list

**Financial**
- Stock control and stock takes
- Maintain the correct allocations of expenditures
- Petty cash
