A trendy and busy restaurant and bar operation seeks a service orientated Restaurant Bar MANAGER matching the following requirements:

- Hospitality Management Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience as bar manager**_ at a recognised restaurant or cocktail bar_**:

- Superior beverage, wine and cocktail knowledge
- Personable, confident, pleasant looking and well presented/well spoken
- Team player with excellent communication skills who can work under pressure
- Will be responsible for stock control and achieving beverage costs
- DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE HELD THE POSITION OF BAR MANAGER, NOT ONLY AS A BARMAN
