The main focus of the position is to drive to outlets and purchase items as needed by the hotel.

Minimum Requirements:

- 12 months in a co-ordination position
- Own Vehicle and valid driver's license (essential) - You will be required to drive your own car to purchase goods (you will receive a reimbursement for travel)

Main duties:

- Compare prices on goods, taking quality and in to account
- Work with internal departments to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
- Receive, inspect and distribute orders
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time
- Accounts submitted for payments of vendors on time
- Cost saving initiatives
