**Dalton Area - KwaZulu Natal**: Our client seeks to employ a Farm Manager with the necessary experience to manage all aspects of the farm operation.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Agricultural Degree/Diploma advantageous
- 2 years’ experience in sugar cane or crop farm management
- Knowledge on sugar cane farming (courses in sugar cane advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Strong management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintenance orientated
- Able to speak Zulu
- Valid driver’s licence
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Manage all aspects of the farm operation - mainly sugar cane
- Checking up on work and supervising labour
- Driving of a Fire Truck to burn cane
- Carting Staff
- Basic mechanical work on farm equipment
- Stock taking and ordering
- Diesel capturing and monitoring
