- 12 months QA experience within the call centre
- Experience must be within the Telco sector/local mobile retentions sector
- C3D/ Sibel knowledge advantages

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Must display good communication skills both written and verbal
Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation skills)
