Waiter/bartender

We are looking for a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our team This position plays a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction

Duties and responsibilities
- provide excellent customer services
- greet customers and present menus
- make suggestions based on their preferences
- take and serve food/drinks orders
- arrange table settings
- check products for quality
- deliver checks and collect payments
- adhere to all relevant health departments rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Job requirements and qualifications
- 3 years of experience as waiter or waitress
- experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
- team player
- critical thinker and problem solving skills
- good time management skills
- active listening
- good physical condition
- matric certificate; food safety training will be considered a

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R5,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 3 years (required)
- Waitress: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Phalaborwa, Limpopo (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Phalaborwa, Limpopo: Relocate before starting work (required)
