Our client is looking for an experienced Estate Manager to manage their 3 properties. Based in Hillcrest.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric
- Property maintenance management experience
- Previous electrical and plumbing experience would be an advantage
- Must have worked with horses and stabling
- Management experience
- Demonstrate high-levels of attention to detail, tenacity, resilience and the ability to work under pressure in an environment which requires multi-tasking
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver’s license

**Responsibilities**
- Vehicle licensing
- Towing of hay trailer or horse box
- Ensuring farm equipment is serviced by the correct companies
- Daily checks on horses in the stable and then liaising with vets/farriers etc
- Overseeing the maintenance of the properties
- Managing suppliers
- Reading electricity and water meters
- Dealing with staff and contracts
- Possibly dealing with CCMA if the reason arises
- Dealing with hay customers and increasing sales
