**Position description**

To ensure all activities with regards to the administration of the branch are carried out effectively and accurately

**Branch Administration**

Must ensure that the following is adhered to when inter branch transfers occur:

- Check with Regional Manager and sales team if item required
- Journal items to appropriate branch in transit account.
- All queries must be resolved on the query log with the necessary action taken
- Arrange and co-ordinate functions
- From time to time do quotations
- Monitor attendance registers of Operational Staff

**Customer Service**
- Liaise with customer
- Retrieve batch numbers, invoices etc.
- Complete relevant documentation
- Submit to Technical Manager

**Stock Management**
- Check with customers if they still require goods if old orders or back orders
- Do picking list for stock to be pulled on arrival of truck including back orders
- Physically pull stock when needed

**Sales**
- Supply technical information to customers should the need arise
- Quote customer on the products requested
- Verify payments received
- Compile purchase orders
- Picking lists
- Maintain good customer relations

**Reports**
- Will be required to compile a list of the following reports:

- Expired stock report which must be sent to all relevant employees
- C2% report
- Credits
- Assist the Regional Manager with any reports that may be required

**Month End Duties**
- Accruals
- Sample Reports
- Grocery List
- Stationary List
- Petty Cash
- Banking
- PPE

**Purchase Orders**
- Create Purchase orders before collection where possible
- On receipt of costing from head office, finalize on Axapta
- Complete the delivery note
- Attach proof documents and sign off
- Send to Region all Manager for final signature
- Usifast
- Valmac
- Berco
- Arrange collection of Berco

**General**
- Undertakes such additional duties which may from time to time be assigned to the Employee in the discharge of his / her duties.
- Must ensure that a safe environment is maintained at all times by highlighting any problems to management
- Follow the health and safety and the company’s disciplinary process and its policies
- To ensure that a correct and proper image of the Company is maintained at all times.

- Matric
- An administration qualification an advantage ,
- Secretarial diploma an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
