Our client is looking to hire **Investment Associate** for **Temp** role
Will be responsible for analysing, identifying new investment opportunities and further packaging the deals to investment committee for consideration.
Review new deal opportunities and prepare preliminary recommendations to the Fund Manager; prepare investment reports for Risk and Investment Committee for consideration.
**Requirements**:
- Must have 5 years’ experience in **deal making environment**:
- Must have **B. Com Degree** (**Finance, Accounting, Agricultural Economics**, **Business Economics**).
- Business development and marketing of Rural Fund products.
- **Deal origination** to source quality deals
- **Deal structuring and implementation.**:
- **Financial modelling **and Business valuation methodologies.
**Salary**: R358,642.87 - R896,256.12 per year
