Enterprise Architect

Our Client is a global leader in various industries, committed to fostering business growth, enhancing user productivity, and embracing an enterprise-wide mindset within their Global IT division. As a vital component of this dynamic environment, the Architecture Governance team plays a pivotal role in achieving Our Client’s global IT objectives. Collaboration within the information domain extends across departments within Our Client’s IT organization.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The Enterprise Architect will lead the continuous improvement of processes related to the new Horizzon EA Tool. This role involves actively participating in defining the information architecture for Our Client’s expanding organization. The Enterprise Architect will serve as a guardian of information-related changes to the system portfolio, overseeing Our Client’s enterprise architecture publications and contributing to ensuring adherence to these standards.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of the EA Tool and its related processes.
- Manage EA communication channels to facilitate effective information flow.
- Uphold accountability for data quality within the EA Tool.
- Conduct training sessions for colleagues on EA Tool usage and develop best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor within the Global IT team.
- Contribute to driving projects related to information architecture.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement with an agile mindset.

**Job-related Requirements**
- Possess 5+ years of experience in information management.
- Demonstrate an understanding of IT Architecture concepts (TOGAF, ArchiMate, etc.).
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Exhibit cross-cultural communication skills.

**Tertiary Qualification(s) - Essential**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

**Computer Literacy Level**
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
