**Key Responsibilities**:

- Will manage all the workload planning, prioritizing and organizing team picking tasks to ensure performance targets are met and Investigates WMOS Wave related exceptions” to ensure lead times are met, and other broader DC operations metrics etc.
- Controls and orchestrates all waving activities in the operation including Omni fulfilment
- Customer orders prioritization and sequencing
- Monitors throughput efficiency, accuracy, speed of execution and meeting of SLAs
- Collaborates and communicates with all key stakeholders
- Consistently monitors wave performance and ensures adequate allocation of resources to complete task
- Investigate inventory related WMOS waving exceptions and collaborates with inventory team
- Provides regular feedback to the management team and merchants on product related queries.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years in inventory management or planning experience
- Knowledge and experience in managing Inventory
