**Responsibilities**: The duties will include but not limited to, various tenant charges, following up on outstanding funds, processing statements, data capturing and various administration within the rental accounts department.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting and working with numbers with at least 5 years of experience
- A good understanding of real estate with at least 1 year experience in the property industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft exce, word, office and Google Drive
- Experience in Propworx is an advantage
