**Introduction**
Our Client, a leader in the Warehousing Industry, seeks to appoint an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. Applicants need to reside in and around the Durban area.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
Supervising warehouse staff and their daily activities.
Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Checking orders, bills, items received, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentation.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Performing daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
Communicate job expectations and coach employees.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum of 3 (Three) years of experience within the Warehousing Industry..
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce.
Confidence to thrive under pressure.
Own transport is essential.
No criminal record.

**Package and Remuneration**
R8 000 to R10 000 per month.
