A fresh thinking law firm in Cape Town Southern Suburbs is looking for **Junior Conveyancer **with excellent technical and people skills.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Fully independent oversight of Conveyancing transactions (Bonds and BC’s will be an advantage) from the inception of instruction to registration thereof.
- Interacting with Clients, Originators, Banks, Estate Agents and other key stakeholders.
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.
- Minimum of 3 years experience post admission as a Conveyancer in a conveyancing practice.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the total end-to-end Bonds process, relating to the minimum requirements as set out in the Panelled Attorney Service Level Agreement contracted with the banks. (Experience with at least 2 of the 4 major banks and SAHL)
- Hands on experience in a Conveyancing Department essential
- LexisConvey, E4 system knowledge, SARS & Rates.Com experience, as well as Stordoc, DocExchange, LexisSign & Prosign a requirement.
- A well-balanced individual with high EQ, good people skills, client-centric and the ability to interact very well with staff and clients.
- Ability to maintain and expand good relationships with clients and sources of business.
- Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and drive to achieve goals
- Attention to detail and team player essential
- Strong drive and initiative, combined with a humble, trustworthy and accountable disposition.
- Own car and drivers license
- Residing in the Southern Suburbs.
