**Foreman JHB**

Basic salary R15 000.00 - R18 000.00 + Monthly Performance Bonus R1 000.00 + Team Target Commission

Duties:
- Effective planning of teams, ensuring efficient use of Team’s time (to be fully productive) to complete works in the shortest time and ensure targets are reached.
- Quality control of the physical works and installations on site.
- Overseeing of outstanding work per project.
- Attending site meetings
- Conducting AMT’s, Inspections, and testing and compiling reports.
- Conducting soil resistivity surveys
- Control installation of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with drawings and site specifications.
- On site supervision on various larger projects as required. This may require you to stay on site (out of town) until the project is complete.
- Stock control Administration and paperwork, relating to your position and related duties. All paperwork to be submitted timeously, in a neat and accurate manner.
