**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting bi-weekly visits to communication towers in Gauteng.
- Attending meetings with landlords.
- Performing monthly electricity meter readings on all towers and communicating findings to the Finance team.
- Ensuring regular maintenance and cleaning activities at tower sites.
- Demonstrating proficiency in addressing rust on steel and implementing preventive measures.
- Managing cabling work on towers and conducting essential cable testing.
- Building and maintaining network cabinets.
- Ensuring the upkeep of main tower structures.
- Setting up and aligning point-to-point links.
- Proactively monitoring network sectors.
- Managing and maintaining links and sectors.
- Conducting tower climbs for maintenance purposes.
- Aligning tower components, including sectors and rockets.
- Assisting in surveys for potential new sites.
- Managing quality control at all site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Ensuring that all teams are health and safety compliant, including monitoring certifications and ensuring they remain valid.
- Daily management and organization of tools and equipment.
- Responsible for budget management for allocated expenses.
- Effective communication with landlords, customers, and suppliers as required.

**Requirements**:
**Qualification**:

- Matric certificate.
- Working on Heights certificate (advantageous).

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in electrical and solar wiring.
- Comfortable with working from heights.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge in working on communication mast.
- Knowledge in drafting and creating safety files (advantageous).

**Other requirements**:

- Must have a driver's license, valid for at least 1 year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous safety awareness and exposure.
- Technical skills relevant to telecommunications.
