- Grade 12/National Senior Certificate is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Business Management qualification or relevant qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Retail Store Manager is required.
- Retail experience managing multiple stores would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organisational and strategy skills.
- Leadership and decision-making ability.

- Ensure all business operations are conducted in accordance with the company standard.
- Oversee and coordinate business operations of the retail store to achieve financial goals and operational targets.
- Influence team members to be customer oriented, effective, productive and knowledgeable.
- Build constructive and effective relationships with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Partnering with the Sales and Marketing division to support, validate and strategize marketing initiatives and events.
- Development and implementing of possible new business ventures.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill to positively impact business.
