**Qualifications and experience**:
- Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in drawings and experience in Civil 3D
- Civil 3D - Using data shortcuts, sewer/stormwater/water networks, compiling longitudinal sections and setting out data for all roads and pipe networks (layouts), building of road corridors, setting up drawings that
- include all the relevant data required for construction.
- Experience working on civil services for housing developments (water, sewer, roads and stormwater)**Responsibilities**:

- Incumbent will be responsible for:

- Fulfilling the role of drawing manager.
- Compiling all civil engineering drawings.
- Standards for all drawings and quality control of all drawings prior to submission to clients
- Gathering of information and project administration
- Assisting with the design of roads, sewer, stormwater, water pipelines and building platforms.
- Building 3D surfaces from CSV, XML, contours, etc.
- Manipulating surfaces for various information needs
- Slope and elevations analysis for surfaces
- Record keeping and issuing of all drawings for approval, tender, construction and as-built purposes.-
**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
