- initiatives and maintaining high standards of project delivery.

D. Principal duties and responsibilities:
As the Program Manager, it is your responsibility to organize and coordinate a spectrum of

interconnected projects within Propay. You'll be responsible for providing strategic guidance,

ensuring operational progress, and effectively managing a diverse team to achieve timely and

impactful results.

Principle duties and responsibilities include:
1. Planning and Programme Management:
a) Program Management and Strategic goal execution: Plan, organize, coordinate,

and manage the execution of strategic goals, via projects and programs. All projects

need to be aligned to the Propay strategic direction and goals for every year.

b) Cross-Project Coordination: Coordinate activities across projects, facilitating

collaboration and resource optimization among teams.Where projects are run by other

Project Managers, mentor and coordinate them in line with company goals and

commitments. Develop, control, and implement detailed plans, timelines, and resource

allocations to achieve project objectives efficiently.

f) Issue Resolution and Conflict Management: Settle issues effectively to prevent

escalation into risks, using creative and respectful methods to manage disagreements

and disputes within teams.

g) Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and collaboration are crucial.

The Program manager needs to engage with various stakeholders, including clients,
