**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant copywriting diploma
- Preferred Qualification - Relevant Degree in Marketing or Communication
- Experience - 5+ years copywriting experienceExperience in direct marketing communication preferable
- Additional experience required - Brainstorming concepts and content that will resonate with target market and translating these across all channels.
- Owning brand and ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Experience working in an agency environment with a thorough understanding of the process by which creative is produced.
- Integrated experience (digital, print, ATL).

**Job Description**:
- You will lead the process of managing all content, copy and proofing of all information relating to eBucks Rewards from FNB across all our customer facing channels. This will be done with the broader eBucks strategy in mind and with particular focus on our digital migration initiatives.
- You will work closely with your UX, Business Intelligence, Business Growth, Client Experience and Marketing colleagues, and you will be responsible for the delivery of highly effective, intuitive and measurable customer/user communication and experiences across all digital channels/ platforms where eBucks is represented.
- This role will include a direct report that will assist in the delivery of your objectives. You will also be expected to manage, develop and lead your direct report, (a Content and Copywriter Specialist).
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in English, Journalism or related field Experience
- 3 years’ experience in a Content Management and/or Copy Writing
- Fact checking and copy editing experience
- Information gathering, constructing and disseminating experience
- Marketing communication experience - across all mediums (digital/ print/ new media)
- Customer Segmentation experience
- Narrative and creative writing (i.e. we have a Travel component that requires a narrative positioning)
**Skills**:
- Excellent use of the English Language - written and verbal
- Copy editing and fact checking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail & accuracy orientation
- Tonality conscious (understanding the tone of a brand and positioning within a market)
- Work closely with design team to ensure fluid and intuitive customer experience
- Research - Be able to easily grasp and gain knowledge about unfamiliar and emerging topics
- Engagement - Creating content in a fun and interesting way for audiences
- Work with timelines - Ability to deliver within allocated deadlines and perform under pressure
- Knowledge and ability to interpret current Compliance Laws (POPI, ASA, TCF, etc...)
