MINIMUM BACHELORS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING AND PROFESSIONAL BODY QUALIFICATIONS CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ETC.

5-7 YRS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT WITH STRONG COSTING EXP.

STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF SAP OPERATIONS IN THE MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT AND FAMILIAR USING HFM (Hyperion) as well as advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Ability to work with tight reporting global deadlines

Excellent communication skills in providing cost/management accounting services

Demonstrated understanding of inter-departmental needs in financial areas to meet company's objections must be analytical and have pragmatic skills as well as strong capabilities in processes, improvements and measurements.

Ability to multitask, meet reporting deadlines locally and overseas for consolidation

Good knowledge of Company Secretarial compliance requirements and Corporate Law in S Africa

Sound understanding of various taxes in South Africa including import and export compliance requirement and Double Taxation Agreement with various countries Familiar with US/EMEA GAAP and IFRS accounting standard.

Technical Accounting, tax, corporate law knowledge, innovative, proactive, team orientated results focused, flexibility, high energy levels confident, integrity assertive and open to challenge

Good time management skills.
