- Maintain meticulous oversight of stock levels and inventory management for optimal stock-on-hand control.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure streamlined operations and customer satisfaction.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Uphold company policies and standards while embodying a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Excellent Admin skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to handling tasks and challenges.
- Grade 12 is essential
