**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Requirement : Grade 12 plus a 12 month or longer qualification
- Preferred Qualification : An appropriate business degree preferable
- Experience : 2-3 year's relevant experience
- Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent
- **additional requirements**:
- Completed NQF 5 in business related studies
- 24 Months working experience, preferably in Telecommunication
