The Senior Grants Manager will oversee and co ordinate the grant management process by ensuring compliance with established policies and sound business practices and to provide direct support to project managers.

This senior leadership position is dedicated to securing funding resources through strategic grants and proposal development, ensuring the sustained growth and impact of crucial programs.

**Requirements**:

- BCom/ BCompt / Financial Management degree or related
- 5-8 years experience in a senior management role within Grants and Contracts
- At least 4 years and above experience supporting proposal and workplan development
- Experience in financial analysis and modelling
- Knowledge of donor grants and non profit sector
- Sound financial accounting policies and procedures
- Project Management experience and ERP Systems
