**Job Purpose**:
As an Electrical Draughtsman and Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head of Electrical with electrical drawing tasks and providing administrative support. Leveraging your organisational skills and MS Excel proficiency, you will ensure efficient coordination of electrical projects and administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the electrical engineering department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head of Electrical with electrical drawing tasks using 2D drawing capabilities.
- Support the development and maintenance of electrical drawings and schematics for marine vessels.
- Organize and maintain electrical drawing files and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of spreadsheet schedules and reports related to electrical projects and resources.
- Provide administrative support to the electrical engineering department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and documentation for electrical projects.
- Assist in the organisation and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and project deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Head of Electrical.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or administrative certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in electrical drawing and administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with boat electrics or marine industry knowledge is advantageous.

**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
