**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
In this position, the incumbent will be sorting, pre-checking and filling gas products in line with work instructions, He/She will promote safe behavior and adhere to quality and safety standards whilst operating in the Filling Station.
- **Responsible for maintaining housekeeping in the facility - Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to the Supervisor**
- **Record daily filling operations on a Production Record sheet and maintaining adequate stock of gasses and test dates for cylinder repairs**
- **Adhere to food safety prerequisite programmes (PRPs), SOP's and the food safety management system to meet customer and product specifications of food grade gasses**
- **Ensure that scales, pressure gauges, infra-red thermometers are calibrated and verified**
- **Ensure empties are moved to empty platforms for filling, in pallets / baskets and the faulty cylinders to be investigated and sent to the repair station once pre-filling checks have been carried out**
- **Responsible for sorting cylinders according to correct gas types, filling of cylinders according to the appropriate gasses and are moved to the correct allocated area for loading**
