- Actively solution client problems by bringing together innovative thinking using our teams and approaches to customer problems.
- Coordination with sales functions to ensure continued pipeline build
- Development of deployment models in line with the overall philosophy of the Business.
- Management of reporting of key metrics including sales, revenue, performance, and OKR’s

**Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to**:
**Financial and Sales**
- Building a successful Line of Business in line with the defined business plan and budget which achieves profitable growth objectives and aligns with the performance goals and OKRs.
- Demonstrates strong sales ability and effectively develops and manages client relationships
- Leads and coordinates the sales strategy and conversion process at a leadership level and strategic account level
- Introduces innovative sales and account management tools and practices
- Has strong awareness of current trends and competitor behaviour, and potential opportunities
- Setting sales and profitability targets for the Business in line with the organisation's strategic goals
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline including lead generation, writing of proposals, and coordinating responses to large RFPs, leveraging the business's internal services where necessary
- Oversight of financials for the Business to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
- Ability to engage with clients at a senior level and develop proposals to solve their problems
- Be able to run engagement logistics and take responsibility for the commercial outcome of engagements
- Support the Sales team in responding to requests for skills from clients
- Be a team player

**Client Delivery**
- Applies innovative thinking to conceptualise complex business problems, create solutions that match the client’s needs, and grow the service offerings available to clients to make an impact and deliver real value add
- Dynamically assess and match skills with desired outcomes and tailor outcomes according to the client or team's needs
- Ensures client satisfaction through effective team and project management, and by providing solutions that match the client's specific needs
- Establishes credible networks with influential client executives
- Establishes relationships with industry leaders and leverages these to open new markets
- Possess a strong background of successful end-to-end programme delivery and business improvement across various industries
- Manage and mentor project teams to deliver on programmes of work
- Play a catalytic role in ensuring the philosophy of delivery enhancement and optimization is inculcated in the team

**Leadership**
- Plays a key role in the Business Manco helping to foster group growth and collaboration
- Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders in order to achieve productivity synergies
- Build a team of motivated individuals ensuring that an appropriate blend of skills is available to deliver against client priorities and support the development of value propositions
- Manage career paths of the consulting team and report on target attrition rates
- Coach and/or mentor individuals to encourage career growth
- Lead and manage employees and high-performing teams
- Actively encourages other employees to take initiative to achieve organisational goals and challenges decisions where necessary
- Influence by effectively communicating relevant, persuasive information to stakeholders
- Invests in the development of others to create high-performing teams
- Leverages cross-functional collaboration amongst teams across the business
- Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for people, teams, projects, and the business as a whole
- Breath of understanding of the disciplinary process and implement fair and effective disciplinary action where necessary
- Leverages expert knowledge of all policies and procedures relating to relevant legislation

**Strategy**
- Develop and execute plans in line with group strategy
- Advise on and provide support to stakeholders in relation to the execution of the frameworks, processes, and tools necessary to enable teams to deliver against value propositions
- Build and maintain a Partner network of service providers and technology vendors that offer complimentary value propositions, as appropriate
- Drive innovation through all problem-solving and strategic actions within the team

**Competencies**:

- 8+ years of working experience which can be linked to the requirements of the role, of which at least 5 must be in leading teams in a relevant field and context.
