Interior Decorater
**Location**: Polokwane
Join our team as an Interior Decorater and play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support in a creative and dynamic environment. As a Interior Decorater, you will decorate and give advise to customers in selecting home decor items, furniture, and accessories that align with their style preferences and interior design needs. Your knowledge of products and design trends will enhance the shopping experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in exploring our product offerings and showroom displays.
2. Listen to customers' preferences and requirements to recommend suitable home decor items and furniture pieces.
3. Provide product information, pricing details, and answer queries about features and specifications.
4. Assist customers in visualizing products in their home spaces by offering design suggestions and style tips.
5. Maintain a tidy and organized showroom by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
6. Process sales transactions accurately through cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
7. Collaborate with the interior design team to coordinate product selections for client projects.
8. Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and any post-sales inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
9. Stay updated on current interior design trends, product knowledge, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
10. Uphold a positive and professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service at all times.

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a home decor, furniture, or interior design setting.
2. Passion for interior decorating and home design concepts, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
4. Knowledge of home decor products, furniture styles, and interior design elements.
5. Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively.
7. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
8. Team player attitude and willingness to support colleagues in achieving store goals.
9. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays based on store operating hours.
10. Interest in learning and growing within the interior design and home decor industry.
