**Administrative Assistant to the Body Corporate, Peninsula Bay**
**Company Overview**:
Peninsula Bay is seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is critical in maintaining the living standards of our community by supporting the Body Corporate in all aspects of administrative operations and communications.
**Role Summary**:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth transactions between Marite Property Managers, unit holders, and trustees, ensuring fluid communication and efficient operational management. Your primary focus will be to coordinate the daily operations of the property, manage relationships with vendors and contractors, and uphold the high standards of financial and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Communication Management**:Act as the first point of contact, managing and directing communications, preparing meeting minutes, and disseminating important announcements and updates.
- **Daily Administration and Operations**:Oversee day-to-day property operations, supervise building staff, and ensure maintenance of common areas.
- **Contractor and Vendor Management**: Manage contractor relations, oversee the tendering process, and ensure compliance with building standards.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist in budget management, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- **Regulatory Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure operations adhere to local regulations and maintain essential documentation.
- **Project Management**:Lead property projects, from renovations to new installations, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- **Experience**: Proven background in administrative or property management, ideally within a sectional-title or multi-unit residential environment.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, capable of multitasking, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
**Join Us**:
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
