**Responsibilities**:
- Quality Assessment: Conduct detailed evaluations of meat casings to determine their quality, including texture, color, and size, ensuring they meet specific industry standards and customer requirements.
- Classification and Sorting: Accurately classify meat casings into grades based on established criteria and sort them accordingly for further processing or packaging.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of graded meat casings, including quality assessments, classifications, and any defects identified during the grading process.
- Compliance: Ensure all grading activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement and processing teams to provide feedback on meat casing quality and suitability for various products.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training and workshops to stay updated with the latest grading techniques and industry standards. Suggest improvements to grading processes and criteria to enhance quality and efficiency.
