**About the Company**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Compile financial statements independently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Perform tax computations and manage submissions for SARS, CIPC-related tasks and SDL.
- Manage client portfolios with a strong focus on excellent client service.
- Handle bookkeeping to trial balance, VAT submissions, and CIPC-related tasks.
- Draft financial statements and management accounts.
- Preparation and processing of client invoices
- Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Contributing to general office management tasks
- Bookkeeping tasks including capturing transactions, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns and remittances.
**Education and Experience**:
- Relevant accounting degree.
- Completion of SAICA articles is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with various accounting software, including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Prior experience in financial statement preparation and tax submission processes.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Caseware, SAGE Accounting, SAGE Payroll, QuickBooks, and Xero.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: From R18 000,00 per month
