**Job Advert Summary**:
- Picking, packaging & labelling of customer orders for dispatch. And assist in general administration such as data capturing and filing.
**Specific Operational Requirements**
- May be required to work overtime/travel to meet the business needs.
- Must be prepared to work shifts/weekends/public holidays when needed.
**Specific SHE Requirements**
- Pre-employment, routine, and exit medicals are compulsory due to the nature of the business.
- Attendance to SHE-related training is mandatory.
- Adherence to SHE Instructions (Waste Segregation, Water and Energy Saving Initiatives)
- Compliance with SHE Site Rules is compulsory.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Preferably 1 year in pharmaceutical distribution
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Checking Products Received**:
Picking, packaging & labelling of customer orders for despatch.
Return expired stocks to QC with delivery note signed by the Head of FGS.
**Picking Orders**
Correct picking of product from storeroom as per customer order.
**Packaging and labelling**
Storing of products according to product temperature requirements.
Collection of register for products to be packed.
**Physical stock check**
Physical checking of products transferred from Packing to FGS and fill in transfer document. Checking:
- Quantity
- Batch number
- Expiry date
- Any damages
Check quantity, expiry date, batch number before product is packed for despatch.
Conduct weekly stock checks.
Receive and store in a cage inside the fridge expired/damaged stock from customers.
Assists in manual stock takes on a monthly basis in conjunction with Head FGS.
**Maintenance of store environment**
Cleaning & maintenance (non-technical) of storeroom and the refrigerator.
**General administration**
Assist in preparing of registers as per the picking slip and sales order.
Assist in accurately populate order on the In-house (ORION) system.
Assist in attaching labels and invoice on the boxes once processed on the In-house (ORION) system.
Put orders dispatched on the logbooks for reference purposes.
Assist in filling of payment packs.
Request controlled documents and logbooks from QA as when required.
Conduct admin and clerical work as and when requested by FGS Section Head.
