**Descriptions**:
Be actively involved in Sales Planning, Support and Execution - achievement of the sales targets being the prime responsibility.
Render support at dealer level to parts and technical departments.
Support dealers with sales and service training and customer relations.
Build direct relationships with all Strategic Partners.
Be actively involved in expanding and developing the customer base of the company with regards to Spares.

**Qualifications**:
At least 3 years’ experience in the Agricultural Mechanisation Industry.
A technical background preferably on Agricultural machinery and Spares.
An aptitude towards customer liaison and sales skills.
Organisational skills and the ability to motivate and work with a sales team at dealer level.
A POSITIVE outlook on life, a self-challenging nature, and high levels of ENERGY are required.
The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles.
Self-discipline to work without supervision.
Knowledge of various farming practices and techniques.
Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently.
