- This will be to promote and market our range of Surgical Stapling Devices at Hospitals in the Johannesburg & Pretoria territories.
- Full training will be supplied.
- The incumbent needs to be of a tenacious nature as they will be selling against well established players in the Market.
- The Salesperson will be calling on specialized Medical Professionals so needs to possess technical skills and have a professional appearance.
- For this reason, as a spec for the Stapling Representative Position, please could you ensure:

- At least 3 years Sales experience with a proven track record
- Must project a professional appearance.
- Must be energetic and a self-starter.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be service orientated.
- Anatomy Knowledge essential
- On occasion, will need to work outside normal office hours.
- Must possess above average problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in Medical Field/Surgical Devices Sales a definite advantage.
- The commission structure for our endoscopic surgical stapling portfolio at the moment is 2.5% from rand 1, and this is uncapped. We foresee this commission structure for another quarter but for Q3 and Q4 we will then relook and implement budgets.-
