**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant nursing qualification
- Enrolled Nurse and SANC registered
- 3 Years in General Nursing experience and at least 1 year experience in frail care or Old Aged homes
- Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Managing a patients healthcare plan according to the Physicians instructions
- Bathing and grooming the patient daily
- Checking temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and other vital signs
- Administering and maintaining a record of all prescribed medication
- Checking for infection, bedsores, and wounds in the patient
- Educating and advising Caregivers in the household
- Dressing or redressing wounds and assessing the progress of healing
- Developing and improving the healthcare plan in collaboration with other healthcare personnel in the household
- Providing palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable
- Make recommendations for devices ot tools that might improve the patients quality of life
