Our client based in Midrand requires the service of a Draughtsman to assist their team to produce engineering drawings

**Skills Requirements**:

- Grade 12 (Matric) / N5 Certificate****:

- Mechanical Draughting certificate or similar qualification****:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Draughtsman****:

- AutoCad and Autodesk inventor experience****:

- Hydraulic experience will be advantageous

**Responsibilities**
- Creating sales drawings (GA drawings)
- Hydraulic circuits and parts lists
- Design cylinders
- Design manifold blocks
- Reverse engineer hydraulic components
- Update drawings and parts list
- Completion of Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
- Hydraulic power pack design
- Drawing register control
- Follow-up on any queries on Engineering jobs
- Follow-up on progress of specific jobs
- Liaise with various stakeholder
- Internal training to fellow colleagues on products and technical matters** **Client liaison****:

- Technical support to other departments
- Check and approve manufacturing drawings
- Manufacturing approval
- Generating quotes for products and systems to be manufactured***
