**What will you do?**

**Mirabilis **a subsidiary of **Santam** has a position available for a **Internal Marketer** who will be based in Rosebank, Johannesburg.- The main purpose of this position is to manage (Sales and Underwriting) the Johannesburg branch’s “Brokers under R250,000 GWP” portfolio and provide support to the existing Regional Marketing Manager.- Key Functions - Marketer (Sales and Underwriting)- Issuing of quotations within agreed mandate
- Assist Current Broker to increase business growth
- Educate current brokers on engineering insurance products
- Maintain Current Broker relationship
- Solving of queries on instruction between various departments and from brokers
- Provide renewal review and terms assistance to Administration department team.
- Portfolio premium growth and loss ratio management
- Search and recruit new Broker relationship in the market
- Power point presentation preparation
- Material Preparation for training functions
- Research for Marketing Presentations
- Team coordination within marketing department

**Qualification and Experience**
- Upon appointment- Matric
- Engineering Degree or Business related qualification
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Engineering Insurance Underwriting and Sales Experience
- First Level Regulatory Examination
- Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office - proficiency in Word, Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
- Valid driver’s license advantageous
- Preferably at least 1 year quoting experience

Subsequent to appointment- Various practical industry courses and on the job coaching
- Training on engineering insurance products
- Continuous development of interpersonal skills
- FAIS Compliant - Rep Register
