We are looking for an experienced Debt Collector for Eerste River Body Future Gym.

Job description:

- Obtain payment and negotiate partial payments.
- Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Handle questions or complaints.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
- Provide world class customer service to all members within the club and resolve member queries
- Payment processing (credit card, cash)
- Issue receipts
- Handle member queries

Debt collection experience a must.

**Salary**: R4 000 - R4 500 per month + Commission
