**Duties and Responsibilities**
Booking of nurses to relevant allocated hospitals as per hospital requirements
Booking cancellations
Report on bookings when necessary
Booking of nurses for office and hospital orientation
Timeous feedback to clients on booking of nurses
**Minimum Requirements**
Matric
A certificate in call centre will be an added advantage
**Experience and skills**
At least one year work experience on office administration or call centre
A good command of English and good communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be able to interact with relevant clients
