We seeking a Junior Graphic Digital Designer to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools when available and collaborate with our marketing and client services team to create visually appealing digital assets for marketing and client engagement purposes.

Your role will involve enhancing design processes using the necessary tools, ensuring designs align with brand and client guidelines, and meet our quality standards.

Additionally, basic knowledge of WordPress and the ability to implement PowerPoint designs are desired.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and client to develop creative concepts and designs for digital assets.
- Utilize AI tools, when available, to enhance the design process and achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Complete design projects within specified deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience or relevant coursework in digital design and graphic arts, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in working with digital formats.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic WordPress functionalities and the ability to make basic edits.
- Capability to implement PowerPoint designs effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work with cutting-edge AI tools when available.
