Muve Homecare Limited is a leading healthcare provider supplying homecare solutions. Due to rapid expansion we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Core outcomes of the role:

- ‘The service’ grows in capability, proficiency, and profitability.
- The employee is responsible and proactive with recruitment KPI’s.
- Align performance and activity with business pipeline.
- Deliver accurate information about their performance and predicted factors related to future performance to their ‘up-line report’ as needed.
- Contribute to team performance and evidence attempts to always exceed targets
- Understand all mechanisms around their individual performance.
- Provide solutions in relation to drops in performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as job boards, social media etc
- Effectively co-ordinating recruitment campaign activities such as ensuring on-time delivery of longlisting, shortlisting, interview activities and effective communication throughout with applicants and hiring managers
- Following up regarding un-completed activities to ensure on time delivery of process against recruitment KPIS when requested to by Compliance Team.
- Ensuring that all pre-employment checks are carried out to organisation standards
- Assisting with all aspects of Recruitment and Selection as required to meet operational workflows across the department
- Regular meetings with line manager and department managers to understand and deliver on needs of the business

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Healthcare Recruitment within the UK market: 1 year (required)
