**Signal Hill Products is looking for a Master Data Administrator**

**Position/Title: Master Data Administrator**
**Reports Too: Trade Marketing Manager**
**Function Trade Marketing**
**Area South Africa**
**Number of Reports 0**

**Overall Responsibility**:
The Master Data Administrator will perform a supporting role to the Sales Operations Coordinator taking care of various administrative responsibilities within the Trade Marketing Operations Team.

**Focus Area 1 Reports**
Send out the daily sales report
Send out the weekly
Trade Marketing Report (Sales Effectiveness Report & National Sales Team Meeting Report)
Submit the weekly new location request report
Compile & submit the monthly vehicle costings report
Compile & submit the monthly private usage investigation report
Compile & submit the vehicle inspection report
Compile & submit the vehicle service report
Compile & submit the Avis recon report

**Focus Area 2:Customer Master Data**
Manage the SHP Customer Master Data file on Accumatica
Create new customers
Update existing customer data

**Focus Area 3: SHP Fleet**
Manage the SHP fleet admin & reports
Order New Vehicles
Manage the vehicle master file
Manage Accidents & Incidents
Lease with insurance & vendors
Manage the Vehicle inspection tracker
Onboard new employees
Manage the Avis reporting portal
Monitor fuel usage
Manage fleet traffic infringements

**Focus Area 4: Repforce**
Manage Repforce in its entirety.
Download New Locations Report
Perform Updates & Uploads (Call Cycle Changes, Location Master)
Activate/Archive initiative tasks on Repforce
Create new tasks & reaches on Repforce
Add new Brands on Repforce
Add new users to Repforce
Adding new routes or changing current routes
Create a new locations on Repforce

**Requirements of the Role**
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or buisness administration
Strong administrative skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel
CRM system management experience

**Preferred Skills/Competencies**
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with sound analytical and critical problem solving skills
Able to work on your own, unsupervised
Willing to be challenged and work well within a team
Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to stick to deadlines.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritise
Ensuring that administration of work is kept accurate and updated at all times
Assist company managers with solutions that assist in the completion of their duties and responsibilities
