**FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR - MOBENI**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cashbook capturing
- Daily/monthly Bank recons
- Preparation and capturing of General Ledger journals
- Assisting in preparation of management accounts
- Assisting in preparation of annual budgets
- Assistance with internal/external auditors
- Preparation of Balance sheet recons
- Preparation of Vat workings and returns
- Maintaining and updating of fixed assets register
- Checking monthly rental schedules
**REQUIREMENTS**
Bookkeeping/Finance qualification
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping/finance experience
Knowledge of Accounting software packages
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to work under pressure and according to tight deadlines
Have excellent documentation and communication skills
Attention to Detail and high level of accuracy
**RUMUNERATION**
R17,000 to R20,000 (Neg) TCC
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mobeni, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
