Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and assist with tech-related queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology products (e.g., smartphones, tablets, smart home devices, wearables, etc.).
- Conduct in-store demonstrations of tech products to educate customers on features, functionality, and benefits.
- Help drive sales by providing excellent customer service and offering product upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist with stock replenishment, organization, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for tech products and assist customers in setting up their devices when needed.
- Use point-of-sale (POS) systems and other digital tools to process transactions, manage orders, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Help ensure products are displayed attractively, store tech zones are clean, and all tech accessories are fully stocked.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years experience in the field.
- Knowledge of consumer electronics, including smartphones, laptops, tablets, and smart home technology.
- Proven ability to interact with customers professionally and offer exceptional service.
- Previous experience in a retail or tech-related sales role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially with regard to tech devices and software.
- Proficient in using various software tools, including POS systems, inventory management apps, and basic office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tech concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
