Job Title: 3-6 Year Lead Directress

Role Requirements:

- Have sound knowledge of the Montessori philosophy and early childhood development.
- Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
- Being a dependable, flexible team player is critical.
- Good leadership skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (basic computer skills).
- Have good time management and planning skills.
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively with parents, guardians, and team members.
- Have the motivation to learn and the ability to take guidance.
- Have experience in observation, record keeping, lesson planning, and report writing.
- Have reliable transport.

Education/Qualifications/Experience:

- A Montessori 3-6 qualification
- At least two years of experience in a 3-6 year classroom
- Valid paediatric First Aid certificate
- Valid police clearance certificate

Position Overview: The hours are 07h30 to 16h00 during term time. (Subject to change)

Remuneration: Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Start Date: First term 2025 (15th January 2025)
