The position is on a full-time, fixed-term contract basis from 01 April to 01 November 2023, and will be based at our offices in Westville, Durban.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Liaise with our suppliers regarding the number of vehicles required for our coach transfers
- Ensure that clear communication is provided to our suppliers regarding our transfer bookings
- Prepare transfer schedules in Microsoft Excel
- Manage coach allocations and payments of the vehicles
- Arrange signage for the vehicles
- Manage the vehicle parking permits and all transfer logistics

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of logistics around transferring people
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have previous experience working in schedules
- Ability to work under pressure
- Having worked on events will be an added benefit.
