- 1. Leadership Skills:
- Provide effective leadership to the store team.
- Motivate and inspire staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure regular training of staff.

2. Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

3. Sales & Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive brand building.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Train and coach staff on a regular basis.
- Drive revenue.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

4. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
- Conduct regular stock assessments and implement replenishment strategies.
- Minimize stock losses through effective monitoring and management.
- Limit wastage and shrinkage within Company ratios.
- Implement policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR department.

5. Administrative Tasks:
- Undertake administrative responsibilities, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

6. Business Development:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

7. Communication Skills:
- Communicate effectively with both customers and staff.
- Ensure clear and efficient communication channels within the store.
- Provide regular updates to higher management on store performance.

8. Problem-Solving:
- Address challenges and obstacles in daily operations.
- Implement effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Make informed decisions to optimize store performance.

9. Interpersonal Skills:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers.
- Resolve conflicts among team members professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
